Invoice with approved credit or an open account. Our terms are NET 30. 50% down may be required on orders over $2000.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from M.F. Blouin within 30 days, we will issue a credit, replacement, or refund if necessary. The only exception is for special orders or customized merchandise. We will make every effort to rectify your situation to make you a satisfied Blouin customer! Return Policy
Call us at 1-800-394-1632 within 10 days to receive a Mandatory Return Authorization Number and assist you in making the return procedure as easy as possible. It is important that you do this within 10 days. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable.
Damaged Goods
Please sign for and open boxes immediately upon delivery with the shipping representative present. If you see any damage, advise the shipper and contact a Blouin representative at 1-800-394-1632 ... please have your CUSTOMER NUMBER available when you call.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be charged to your credit card or added to your invoice. Prices are F.O.B. point of origin, plus any applicable state or sales taxes. We ship by FedEx Ground or UPS where possible. Some items ship via freight due to size or weight.
