Artwork Guidelines
Artwork Formats
VECTOR ART: (Logos & artwork for Table Covers, Runners, Throws MUST be in vector format)
**** If incompatible artwork is submitted, then reconstruction charges may apply ****
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai) - Our preferred format, saved in its native .ai format
- Other Vector Programs - Files created in Corel Draw, Freehand, etc. saved in a generic EPS format
RASTER ART: (To be used for printed items such as Banners, Tradeshow Graphics & Posters)
- Photoshop - .psd
- Jpeg - .jpg
- Universal file format - .tif
PRINT SPECIFICATIONS: If you are submitting your own artwork, please follow these guidelines when designing: 1/2 scale at 300 dpi OR full scale at 125-150 dpi. Please save your files as a .tif in RBG color mode. If you are submitting a production PDF, please set your file to 100% and be sure to use the correct PDF settings to insure the integrity of your images.
Please DO NOT e-mail any files over 5mb. For larger files please contact us for FTP transfer information.

There are two types of art files on the computer. Bitmap (also known as pixel art) and vector art (also known as line art).
